This guide walks you through connecting Sanka in ChatGPT / Codex and validating your first CRM lookups.

Preparation

  • Sanka account access to the target workspace
  • Signed in to ChatGPT or Codex
  • A short list of records to validate first (company names, contacts, domains)

Connect in ChatGPT

  1. Open the integrations/connectors area in ChatGPT.
  2. Add Sanka and sign in with your Sanka account.
  3. Finish authorization and return to your chat.
If you see an authorization error, disconnect and reconnect once to refresh permissions.

Connect in Codex

  1. Open Codex connection settings and add Sanka.
  2. Sign in to Sanka and approve access.
  3. Confirm you can query company and contact data.
If connector-based setup is unavailable in your environment, use MCP with https://mcp.sanka.com/mcp.

Run your first checks

Try prompts like:
  • “Show recently updated companies.”
  • “Find contacts at Acme Inc.”
  • “List contacts with email domain example.com.”
Start with a small dataset before rolling out to the full sales team.
