Here is a summary of keyboard shortcuts available in Sanka. Memorizing these will make navigation significantly faster.

Overview

Shortcuts are a feature for quickly accessing main screens. To prevent accidental operation during typing, shortcuts are disabled when the specific text input field is focused or when the Sanka AI drawer is open.

Common Shortcuts

  • /: Focus on the search bar (disabled when the cursor is in an input field)
  • n: Open the create drawer
  • f: Open object search
  • i: Open the import drawer
  • e: Open the export drawer
  • Esc: Close the open drawer
  • Arrow Up / Arrow Down: Select a record in the list
  • Enter: Open the selected record
  • Effective only when Ctrl / Cmd / Alt / Shift are NOT pressed.

Jumping to Modules & Objects

  • 1 to 9 (1st press): Expands the corresponding module.
  • Typing numbers consecutively like 1-1: Opens the n-th object link within the expanded module.
  • Number input is determined as a 2-digit operation if pressed consecutively within 4 seconds.
The numbers count 1, 2, 3… starting from the top of the screen. Even if you rearrange modules or objects, the number is determined by the order counted from the top.
