Guide Overview
In SmaRegi integration, import product data /Can be exported. Export can also be combined with a workflow action to support periodic execution.Advance preparation
- Smaregi contract ID and access token
- Products are already registered in Sanka (e.g. apples, bananas, peaches, oranges)
- Permission to change linkage settings
Add integration
- Open “Settings” → “Integration” in Sanka.
- Select Smaregi and enter the contract ID and access token.
- Save and activate the integration.
Set product mapping and match key
- On the “Products” screen, select SmaRegi as the partner.
- Map product name, product code, price, cost, category, etc.
- Select the match key (overwrite update criteria).
- Default: Sanka Object ID (UUID)
- Alternative: SKU/JAN
Export products
- Execute “Export”.
- Linkage applies only to active products.
- If you want to execute it regularly, add “Product Export” in the workflow action and set the schedule (e.g. hourly/daily).
Operation points
- If the match key is duplicated, it will be skipped and recorded in the history.
- Items with an empty match key will also be skipped.
- It is safe to choose a key that is stable in operation, such as SKU/JAN. if there are many changes.
