This guide walks you through adding Sanka Plugin to Claude and validating your first CRM lookups. No manual config-file editing is required.

Preparation

  • Sanka account access to your workspace
  • Claude Desktop installed and signed in
  • A computer that can download files

Download the plugin

Download Sanka Plugin
  1. Download Sanka-Plugin.zip.
  2. Keep the ZIP as-is for Claude.
Claude uploads the ZIP directly. Do not open the Codex folder or run the .app installer files when you are installing in Claude.

Upload in Claude

  1. Open Claude Desktop and go to Customize.
  2. Click the + next to Personal plugins.
  3. Open Create plugin, then click Upload plugin.
  4. Select Sanka-Plugin.zip and upload it.
  5. Confirm that Sanka plugin appears under Personal plugins.
  6. On first use, when the browser opens, sign in to Sanka and approve access.
Follow the same path shown in the screenshot: + -> Create plugin -> Upload plugin.

Run your first checks

Try prompts like:
  • “Check whether OpenAI exists in Sanka.”
  • “Find contacts at Acme Inc.”
  • “List contacts with email domain example.com.”
Start with a small dataset before rolling out to the full sales team.
