  • By simply clicking the filter icon next to the search bar in the view, advanced criteria settings are available.
  • Once the conditions are set, they can be saved, reducing the effort of repeatedly applying the same filters.
  • Furthermore, the search scope function, which was previously located within the object management screen, is now integrated into the search bar, allowing for more intuitive and detailed specification of conditions.

As the number of shared views increases, do you ever feel, “Even though I am the only one using this view, others can see it…” or “Managing them is becoming disorganized…”? In such cases, the Private View feature is highly convenient.
  • It is possible to create views that can only be accessed by your own account.
  • You can customize your view to match your own work style without impacting the team.
  • Private Views can only be set at the time of creation. Public views that have already been created cannot be made private.
This feature, which enables both organization and improved concentration, is especially recommended for managers and on-site leaders.
